YogaX pushed me down in the mud and took my lunch money today. I think I'm going to split that routine in half and start adding them to an evening workout. It was really quite ugly this morning. Chataranga = crash nose dive when the triceps are wasted. BTW, a good point to split YogaX is at 42:45.
Scale says 188.6, so that's good.
Have a 3 miler scheduled for lunch time, hope the weather's nice.

Weather is not nice. 34 degrees and yet I was soaked when I got back. 3 Miles in 27:43

Don't think six hours of sleep is working for me. Going to officially back off to eight hours for a while and see how that works out.
