Knocked out XStretch and a green smoothie w/ whey for breakfast. Also had half a bagel and a little cream cheese. 16oz of hot green tea.

Fairly uneventful day, mowed the grass did some grocery shopping. Lunch was a slice and a half of leftover pizza and an apple, dinner was a chicken stirfry w/ brown rice. Drank a tankload of tea today.
First Week Down! Feeling pretty good, been off coffee and even remembered to floss. :)
Sleep total today: 7.5 hours core. Back to Biphasic tonight.
