Hey there, had a nice 4 hour core nap. Up and am ready to rip now.

Not a good day, been fuzzy headed and sort of out of it. Forgot to weigh in this morning, didn't get any exercise done, and missed the evening nap entirely because of work. I don't think this schedule is working out as a long term solution.
