Plyo went well today and I'm not feeling any soreness in the upperbody (yet?) from yesterday's chest&back. I won't complain - got more than I bargained for with the salsa yesterday anyway.

8oz 1% milk, 1 scoop Whey protein, 1 banana, 3/4 oz walnuts
8oz lsV8, 12oz green tea

Popcorn
Lunch:
Green smoothie
Snack:
Yogurt
Dinner
Chicken wrap from Chic-fil-a and side salad

Feeling pretty good, tired and hope everybody sleeps tonight - interruptions are killing me.
