Knocked out Plyo this morning, that's a great workout. Big sweat.
Went to bed at 5pm. Have a low grade fever and feel like someone beat me with a bag of doorknobs.

I do plyo week 2 tonight. last week I made it 10 minutes and my hamstrings were sore for days! I think tonight will be better!

That was from Jan 2nd, won't take you long to adapt. You'll be cranking Plyo in no time. It's one of my favorite workouts.
